A few key points about the Rephoto Privacy Policy

1. These articles were originally drafted in Chinese. In the event of any conflict between the Chinese version of these Terms and a version translated into another language, the Chinese version shall prevail.

2.Rephoto is a mobile application, which is an application tool software for image restoration, beautification, enhancement, and old photo restoration developed by using machine vision, AI and other technologies.

3. We do not collect any of your personal information, only your usage data, which cannot be traced to you in any form .

4. The collection of the above data is carried out through third-party service providers. Regarding the privacy policy of third-party services, you can read them at the address we provide.

5. We do not require you to open access to the entire album, we only access the photos you choose to open to us.

6. All photos are processed locally, without any data transmission with our server, we do not store original photos, nor do we store processed photos. All the third-party capabilities we use for photo processing do not have any data transmission capabilities.

8. Committed to creating a variety of products and services to meet your needs , the technical modules of some functions in Rephoto are provided by third-party SDKs . For your information security, we have signed strict data security and confidentiality agreements with third-party SDK service providers, and these companies will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. We do not share your personally identifiable information with them ( nor do we collect it ourselves ) unless we have your consent . We use this information to provide the functionality of our services, to improve and customize our services. This information may be uploaded to the company's servers and/or service provider's servers, or may simply be stored on your device.

Company will retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, unless this data is used to enhance security or improve the functionality of our services, or we are legally obliged to retain it for a longer period of time.

Especially regarding the use of facial data

During the use of some functions, we will temporarily use the face data in the photos you provide. This data only includes the position of the face in the picture and does not contain any biometric and facial recognition data.

These data will be deleted immediately after the function is completed, will not be stored, and will not have any data exchange with any server or any device other than this machine.

We do not share any face-related data with third parties.

5. Data sharing

We may share your non-photographic information in the following circumstances
